After the nightmare of the last match, today team India came out to play against England in Chennai and this time, the organizers allowed the audience in the ground. Then team India got a big shock as the captain Virat Kohli went back to the pavilion without scoring a single run.

However, it was not enough to pressure Rohit as he continued to play with shots and kept the scoreboard move as well as Rahane and both of them scored 162 partnership which helped India to lay down a good foundation.

But the team India lost Rohit Sharma for 161 runs and it was really a good evening by the champion player as it was not a good pitch to bat on and it’s the seventh century of Rohit Sharma in the test format.

After that, team India lost wickets in a quick session and at the end of the day, India scored 300 runs with the loss of 6 wickets.
