Argentina Seals Copa America, Ends 28 Years Of Wait

The highly-anticipated final match between Brazil vs Argentina was a thriller and Argentina registered victory over Brazil and sealed the Copa America and it is the major trophy of Argentina after 1993 which means Argentina has ended its long 28 years of wait for a major trophy.

The match started with the high-voltage and Argentina was capable to get a lead in the game in the early stage of the match, as Angel Di Maria scored a goal at the 21st minute of the match.

That particular goal was the only goal of the game but it was enough for Messi and his side to seal the final match of the Copa America at Rio de Janeiro’s Maracana stadium.

The victory also provided the first major trophy to Messi as well in the international Jersey. It is worth mentioning that the goalkeeper of Argentina did a brilliant save and it was in the last stage of the game which also helped Argentina to seal the game without going into the extra time or penalty shootouts.
