Ankita Raina the sensational Indian tennis player failed to enter into the Grand Slam of Australian Open, as she falls in the final round of qualifiers of Australia Open and this is not happening for the first time as she lost the qualifiers earlier as well.
The Indian star came face to face against the Serbian Olga Danilovic in the women’s singles qualifiers and the game was held in Dubai, Ankita lost the third and final round 2-6 6-3 1-6 to her Serbian opponent in almost two hours.
It is worth to mention that the Indian player had her sixth attempt to qualify for the grand stage. However, Ankita Raina is still hoping to make the main draw as the organizers of the tournament have decided to open the doors to the players, who lost in the final round to Melbourne for ‘lucky loser’ entry but the same will happen only in case there are withdrawals.
