Finally, the confusion has ended as the Indian star batsman Rohit Sharma has passed the fitness test in Bengaluru and confirmed to play in the upcoming Border-Gavaskar Trophy series against Australia in Australia.
The sensational batsman of Team India Rohit Sharma was in an injury and it was believed that he was not able to play the test matches in Australia. The injury happened during the Indian Premier League but it was believed that the injury is not serious because he was available in the final match of the IPL 2020.
However, the selection committee of the Indian cricket team said that he must pass the fitness test to be available in the series of Australia. Well, now Rohit Sharma has passed the fitness test at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru and it is confirmed that he will be available for the last two test matches against Australia in their land.
Rohit Sharma will go to Australia on December 14 and after the quarantine, he will join the team and will bat for the country in the test matches. It is worth to mention that Virat Kohli will be rested after the first test match in Adelaide and the arrival of Rohit Sharma will definitely give a boost to the Indian cricket team.
