Parthiv Patel one of the youngest players who debuts for the team India as the Wicket Keeping batsman and he represented the country for different formats of the game and now he has announced his retirement from all forms of cricket. Patel took his official Twitter handle to announce the decision.
The left-hand batsman and wicket keeper of the country started his career for the country in 2002 at the age of just 17 against England and that was an away test match. Parthiv Patel is the second youngest player to debut for the country after the legendary batsman Sachin Tendulkar. He appeared for 25 test matches for the Indian cricket team and he scored 934 in his career.
It is worth to mention that Parthiv Patel appeared for the Indian cricket team in 2018 against South Africa for the last time. Having said that, he has appeared for 38 one day international and two T20 Internationals for the country.

The Wicket Keeping batsman has also proven his calibre in the Indian Premier League as he played for the favourite teams of the tournament and that includes Mumbai Indians, Chennai Super Kings, Sunrisers Hyderabad, and he was in the squad of Royal Challengers Bangalore this year.
