He says that the authorities of the Indian Premier League should increase the number of teams and the committee must have ninth team in the 2021 edition of the biggest cricket tournament of the country.
Dravid says that India has many young talents and increasing the team in the tournament will improve the quality as well as give an opportunity to the youngsters to prove their talent and to come into the mainstream of the Indian Cricket.
Moreover, Dravid also explains why Mumbai Indians have won the highest number of titles in IPL. He says that the team has a perfect mixture of high-quality players of T20 and the team management has balanced the team with high-quality young players.
Having said that, there are strong rumours that BCCI is planning to increase the number of team in the edition of IPL 2021 and it is also heard that the board is in the advanced talks and Ahmedabad is making plans to become the ninth of the franchise of the tournament
