The newly appointed captain for the white ball cricket, Rohit Sharma and his boys are gearing up to face West Indies in the home tournament and the same is starting on Sunday. Before the upcoming matches, the team India camp is having tension as coronavirus attacked the camp and three crucial players are now down.
The coronavirus has attacked the Indian camp and four players including the sensational batsman Shikhar Dhawan along with Ruturaj Gaikwad, middle-order batter Shreyas Iyer and net bowler Navdeep Saini tested positive.
Apart from the players, the coronavirus has also attacked three support staff. ODI matches will be played before the T20 matches in the tournament and the team has arrived in Ahmedabad to play the games.
It is worth mentioning that the selection committee of team India has added Mayank Agarwal to India’s ODI squad.
