We are a couple of months shot from welcoming another iPL season as IPL 2022 will start after the first quarter of this year and today we got a new piece of information that is not related to the timetable of the upcoming cricketing tournament. However, the newly surfaced information is related to the title sponsorship.
It is now reported that Vivo who was sponsoring the title of the Indian Premier League for the past couple of years has officially ended its deal and now Tata is the title sponsor of the cricketing tournament.
The report also claims that Vivo had a couple of more years left to complete the sponsorship deal but BCCI has requested the Chinese smartphone maker to quit the deal and that’s why Vivo moved back.
Anyways, now the IPL will not be called as Vivo IPL but the same will be dubbed as Tata IPL. So let’s wait for more information about the upcoming exciting matches and information related to the tournament in the coming days and we recommend you to stay tuned with us for the latest updates from the world of sports at your fingertips.
