It is officially confirmed that the sensational opening batsman will not play the upcoming ODI matches against South Africa in their land and he is ruled out from the series due to an injury.
In the absence of Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul will lead the squad and the sensational fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah will be the vice captain of team India for the upcoming ODI tournament.
