Manchester United sealed victory against Tottenham. Christiano Ronaldo was named the player of the match for his efforts. It was truly a spectacular game.

Both teams decide to play an aggressive and attacking game from the start. Manchester United got some lovely chances,but were unable to break the deadlock until Ronaldo scored with Bruno Fernandes’s assist.
Tottenham failed in their attempts to counter the goal. Although they got many chances, nothing reached the net. The first half ended with Manchester United in the lead from Ronaldo’s goal.
Ronaldo attempts another goal in the start of the second half. It gets flagged as offside. However, Manchester United is still in the lead with his first goal.
Édinson Cavani strengthened the lead when he scored a second goal for Manchester United. It was Ronalo’s assist. Manchester United now have a 2-0 lead on Tottenham.
Both teams have decided to play an aggressive game, as a result of which there were many yellow cards issued. Tottenham’s desperate efforts to score a goal sees no results. The Manchester United team was able to block all their attempts. Manchester United needed this victory, after their bitter loss against Liverpool last weekend.
Marcus Rashford further made sure of Manchester United’s win when he scored a third goal with Nemanja Matic’s assist. With a three goal lead as the game approached an end, Manchester United is pretty much sure of a win.
