Tournament Context and Contenders
The event promises intense competition at a venue known for demanding precise shot-making and strategic course management. Defending champion Shannon Tan enters the week looking to maintain her momentum after earning a bronze medal at the Asian Games. Meanwhile, players like Liz Young have emphasized the importance of patience and discipline on the course rather than aggressive play, aiming to execute the game plans that brought them past success.
