India versus England: Day 4, England Requires 536 Runs To Win

At the end of the day 4, team England is in deep trouble and they require a huge 536 runs to win the match. Team India declared the innings after scoring 427 with the loss of 6 wickets. The captain played an incredible innings once again in the match and he scored 161. So let’s look back at day 4 of the test match.

The day 4 was dominated by team India as KL Rahul contributed 55 while Karun Nair disappointed again as he went back to the pavilion after scoring just 26.

The captain Shubman Gill continued a good performance as he smashed a double century in the first innings and he smashed 161 in the second innings. Rishabh Pant smashed 65 and R Jadeja was not out after scoring 69. Washington Sundar contributed 12 and team India declared the innings after scoring 427.

In the reply, the team England lost 3 wickets and they lost Ben Duckett for just 25 while his partner Zak Crawley was not able to open the account. Joe Root was also dismissed for just 6.

Ollie Pope and Harry Brook are currently batting and have scored 24 and 15 respectively. The hero of the first innings, Siraj took one wicket while Akash Deep removed to prayers of team England.
