Alex Carey contributed 21 while Pat Cummins added 3 and Mitchell Starc added 26. Nathan Lyon contributed 5 and Josh Hazlewood added 7 to the total. Team India restricted Australia at 104.
Team India played well in the second innings as Yashasvi Jaiswal smashed 161 while KL Rahul contributed 77 and Devdutt Padikkal added 25. Virat Kohli remained unbeaten after scoring 100. Rishabh Pant and Dhruv Jurel went to back to the pavilion after scoring just one to their accounts.
Washington Sundar added 29 and Nitish Kumar Reddy was not out after scoring 38. Team India declared the innings after scoring 487/6.
Australia lost Nathan McSweeney for 0 while Usman Khawaja went back to the pavilion after scoring just 4. Pat Cummins and Marnus Labuschagne were dismissed for 2 and 3 respectively. Steven Smith contributed 17 while Travis Head played really well and he was dismissed after scoring 89 and Mitchell Marsh contributed 47.
Alex Carey contributed 36 while Mitchell Starc added 12 and Nathan Lyon was dismissed for 0 and Josh Hazlewood contributed 4. Australia all out for just 238 and team India won the game by 295 runs. Jasprit Bumrah took three wickets in the second innings. In total, Jasprit Bumrah got 8 wickets in the match and he was named player of the match.
