The score now is Jamshedpur FC- 1 0-Kerala Blasters FC.
The match continued with an attacking strategy from both teams. Jorge Pereyra of Kerala Blasters was shown the yellow card for a bad foul in 18 minutes. The match continued with Jamshedpur trying to strengthen their lead and Kerala Blasters trying to level the score.
Sahal Abdul Samad scored for Kerala Blasters in 26 minutes. The scoreboard was leveled with each team having a goal to their name. The rest of the first half was spent with each team trying to defend their post and simultaneously score a goal in the other. Other than the fact that Álvaro Vázquez of Kerala Blasters was shown the yellow card in the extra time 92 minutes, the second half passed with both teams trying to gain the lead. Though nobody succeeded, it was exciting to see them try, and the events that followed.
