Team India ended its campaign in the T20 World Cup 2021 and gearing up to face New Zealand in the T20 Series and the games will be played in India. Before the upcoming T20 Series, BCCI has announced the squad of the team India for the upcoming series and that includes 16 members. Rohit Sharma is now appointed as the captain of the team India and KL Rahul is now the vice-captain of the team.
BCCI has rested Virat Kohli, who stepped down from India’s T20I captaincy at the end of the ICC T20 World Cup, and Jasprit Bumrah has been rested for the series.
