Sumit Nagal Ends His Run In US Open

The Indian hope in the US Open ends as the boy of the country Sumit Nagal lost to the Austrian player with the straight sets, Sumit Nagal was entered into the second round of the US Open and lost to his opponent Dominic Thiem without making any trouble in any stage of the game. The Austrian tennis star also got a double treat in the game as he won on the occasion of his 27th birthday.

The world number three Australian tennis star Dominic Thiem defeating Sumit Nagal 6-3, 6-3, 6-2 inside an empty Arthur Ashe Stadium. The Thiem has also said that was aware of the strength of the Indian star and tried his maximum to not giving the ball forehand of the Indian player and he tried to speed his game to win the sets.

It is worth to mention that Sumit Nagal had become the first Indian man since 2013 to reach the second round of a Grand Slam. He defeated Bradley Klahn of the United States 6-1, 6-3, 3-6, 6-1 in the opening round of the US Open.
