Indian Premier League (IPL) which is the biggest sporting tournament of the country and the same showcases many popular superstars of the game in one place and IPL is also one of the biggest crowd puller of the country. It is not only popular in India but also across the globe and many fans of the game tune the game even there is the difference in time zones.
This year IPL was supposed to start on March 28 but due to the outbreak of coronavirus and the lockdown of the country, the committee forcefully postponed the event and now it will finally start next month and that will happen on the soil of UAE. Having said that, IPL got new title sponsor and the very popular fantasy league Dream11 will sponsor the tournament this year and the same is due to the current crisis in the border between India and China, as the Chinese smartphone brand Vivo was sponsoring the title.
Well, IPL has shared the new logo on its official Instagram handle with the hashtag “#Dream11IPL”, and asked fans how they liked it, and the new logo is coming after getting the new sponsor. If you are unaware then Dream11 has confirmed the title sponsor of IPL this week and the same bid for ₹222 crore.
It is worth to mention that the defending champions Mumbai Indians also shared the new logo of the Sporting tournament. The game will start on September 19 in UAE and the first match will be between Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings or between Rohit Sharma vs MS Dhoni. The upcoming IPL match is the first game of Captain Cool after the announcement of his retirement.
